Quality:
this is the only gripe i have about this amp. made in china. sure i haven't had any quality issues, but for $650 i want american. i have looked this amp over thoroughly, and it looks solid.
Value:
tube preamp and 220W of ampeg tone. not bad. value should be slightly lower due to being made in china by 11 year old slave laborers
Desirability:
cool looking, great sounding. couldn't ask for more. except "i want it" to be made in the u.s.a
Sound:
sound is great, dialing in your sound is super easy no silly eq sliders or garbage like that. plenty loud, probably going to make your guitarist angry.

haven't had to use it, don't anticipate any problems, but ampeg and zzounds have great reputations for customer support.
Overall:
i have played comparable units from swr, fender, the ba115hpt from ampeg, line 6, and plenty of others. this thing is the best by far. the only gripe i have is made in china, but when i turn it on and crank it up i pretty much forget about that.
